THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
THE SCHEDULE:
You will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM . Hours may vary based on workload, weather, or operational needs; occasional Saturdays may be required.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Construction Foreman, you will lead a crew that works on stormwater repair projects for homes and businesses. Your day will include showing your team how to do the work, splitting up tasks, and making sure everyone works safely and gets the job done right. You'll fix pipes and erosion, do dredging, remove sediment, grade land, mow, and plant. You will run equipment like skid steers, excavators, mini-excavators, and slope mowers. You'll use plans and drawings to guide your work, keep track of hours and costs, and make sure tools and equipment are cared for.
