Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our team and perform high-quality welding and fabrication work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using a combination of welding processes as assigned.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components with accuracy.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, alignment, and adherence to specifications.
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and related fabrication machinery safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Identify equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in welding and metal fabrication preferred.
• Ability to perform combination welding work with consistency and precision.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints, measuring tools, and fabrication techniques.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and proper equipment use.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform job duties that may include standing, bending, lifting, and working in varying conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, or other relevant welding methods.
• Prior experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or fabrication environments.
• Welding certification or related technical training.
