About the Position

We're hiring a Weekend Pest & Wildlife Technician to help serve our growing customer base throughout Louisville and surrounding communities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Your primary responsibility will be servicing residential and commercial pest control accounts while learning advanced wildlife control and exclusion techniques that very few technicians ever master.

Your Schedule

Choose one of the following full-time schedules:

• Wednesday through Sunday
• Thursday through Monday

Weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled pest control services for residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect properties for pest activity, wildlife issues, and conditions contributing to infestations.
• Treat for ants, spiders, roaches, rodents, wasps, and other common pests.
• Educate customers on prevention and long-term solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships that increase customer retention.
• Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate.
• Assist with wildlife trapping, removal, inspections, and exclusion work.
• Seal entry points using metal, hardware cloth, caulk, foam, and other exclusion materials.
• Work on ladders, roofs, in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors as needed.
• Document services accurately using company software.
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and materials.

• Physically capable of lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Eager to learn new skills and build a long-term career
• Possesses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

No previous pest control experience is required—we provide paid training.
