We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team at 111 Sign, Inc. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team and ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include managing emails, scheduling appointments, data entry, and assisting with various tasks to help our organization run efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to emails in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Perform data entry and update records as needed
• Assist in organizing and maintaining files
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
• Coordinate with team members and provide support as required
• Assist in research and compiling information

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and data entry

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Experience working as a virtual assistant or in a remote position
• Knowledge of online tools like Google Suite, Slack, and Trello
