In this role, you will create comprehensive travel itinerary materials that serve as the definitive guide for planned trips. You will compile detailed documents that outline all aspects of travel, ensuring clarity and organization for a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

• Itinerary Document: Develop a detailed manifest of all activities and reservations, organized by day and time, including additional relevant details as necessary.
• Context Document: Provide extensive information on the trip, including:
• Place: Destination(s), origin city, travel dates, and trip duration.
• Budget: Total trip budget or daily spending limit, with preferred currency.
• Restrictions: Document any dietary needs, mobility or accessibility requirements, visa limitations, travel blackout dates, preferred airlines or hotels, and any activity exclusions.
• Tickets, Reservations & Supporting Documents: Gather and organize essential documentation, including:
• Flight confirmations (booking reference and carrier).
• Hotel or accommodation confirmations.
• Car rental or rail/ferry bookings.
• Pre-booked tours, events, or restaurant reservations.
• Travel insurance policy (if relevant).
• Visa or entry requirement documents (if applicable).

This is a one-time engagement, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while working remotely.

Compensation is set at $80 to $100 per completed file.
