Come work for Mosquito Shield in 2025! We are currently interviewing FULL-TIME and PART-TIME candidates for our SEASONAL pesticide applicator positions. If you have a great attitude, are self-motivated, and understand what it takes to provide excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply. You'll be working outside, servicing customer properties throughout the Twin Cities. Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license and clean driving record, and able to carry a 55 lb backpack sprayer. Background check and drug test will be performed. We will train and license the right people!

• Potential to earn over $1000 a week
• Work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays
• Work from April through mid-October

• Ability to work independently and be able to manage a daily route to completion.
• Customer service skills are a must! Each technician should maximize and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and ensure proper safety protocols are met for equipment and pesticide usage.
• Apply mosquito and tick control treatments to customer's properties via a backpack sprayer.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass drug screening.
• Must be able to learn and use electronic routing system via mobile device.
• Must be able to lift and carry a 40-45lb backpack sprayer.
• Applicants with valid MN pesticide license preferred, but not required.
