Description of Position : 

The Marketing Coordinator is creative, organized, and detail oriented. They will support the execution of digital campaigns, audience engagement initiatives, and content distribution across all digital platforms. This position assists in driving brand awareness, constituent engagement and promotional support for Stonecroft. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, highly collaborative, and passionate about seeing women reconciled to God. Must be willing to travel at least 2 times a year.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities

· Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, web, and media channels. 

· Support promotional efforts for Stonecroft National events and calls.

· Create and edit video and other content for social media, and other national platforms. 

· Research, order, track, distribute and inventory promotional items/branded merch. 

· Coordinate, Post, Monitor, and Analyze the day-to-day posting schedule across Stonecroft social media and review.

· Monitor audience engagement and analytics.

· Coordinate digital assets including graphics, videos, captions, and promotional copy.

· Track and report on digital campaign performance metrics including but not limited to: engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions. 

· Monitor industry trends and social media trends to identify opportunities for growth. 

· Maintain web content on the website, blog, and e-store as needed.

· Improve website visibility on search engine result pages by driving organic growth and SEO. 

· Research & oversee ad buys in alignment with marketing strategy.

· Collaborate with Communication Coordinator for campaigns, projects, and other strategic Marketing and Communications work in alignment with Stonecroft's mission and vision.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

• A personal and growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, communicated through word and actions. Understand the biblical call to a life of community.

• Support, uphold, and act in ways that align with Stonecroft’s Statement of Faith, Christian Living Statement, and Core Values in all behavior, communication, and relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree, a business-related degree is desired.

• Self-starter and problem solver – ability to anticipate challenges and proactively problem solve.
• Exhibit proficiency in clear, consistent, professional communication both verbally and written.
• Must be a team player who is actively looking to collaborate.
• Ability to build relationships and trust quickly and connect effectively with diverse constituencies. 
• 1 to 3 years of non-profit experience
• 2+ years of experience with social media marketing
• Technology experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Meta.
