Responsibilities

- Review complex and high-risk production records for strict GMP compliance
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and QC teams to ensure on-time batch release
- Provide hands-on guidance and training for new technicians
- Support preparation activities for regulatory and client audits
- Lead initiatives to streamline batch review and implement electronic systems
- Maintain adherence to all safety protocols and required training

Required Skills and Experience

- 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Records Specialist
- Strong understanding of GMP compliance and documentation practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

- Associate s degree or higher in Science or Technology
- Experience with electronic batch records and audit preparation
- Leadership in process improvement initiatives
