Job Description

Salary: $77,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience outside of internships
  • 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including patterns for reliability and scale
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language
  • 3+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build pipelines, testing, and operations
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
Responsibilities:
  • Design and build large-scale agentic AI systems that support Alexa communications features
  • Develop and scale real-time Agentic AI solutions for next-generation communication experiences
  • Partner with product, science, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Ensure strong data quality and availability across the systems we build
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies that improve our Alexa systems
  • Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members
  • Design architecture for advanced AI systems and integrate them into Alexas core experience
  • Maintain a high standard for customer experience and solution quality
