Job Description

Our client, a Digital Transformation consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow IRM Developer to join the team in Utah on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering through to architecture and build, collaborating closely with both client stakeholders and internal development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client workshops to gather requirements, with a particular focus on IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and Vendor Risk Management processes.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical design specifications and user stories, ensuring clear and testable acceptance criteria.

  • Architect and oversee the design of ServiceNow IRM and Vendor Risk Management (VRM) solutions.

  • Lead and guide the development team through the build, configuration and deployment phases.

  • Provide hands-on expertise in out-of-the-box IRM/TPRM capabilities, ensuring adherence to best-practice configuration.

  • Design and support integration with third-party systems and wider enterprise platforms.

  • Act as technical lead in client-facing sessions, confidently presenting solutions and responding to complex technical questions.

Skillset

  • Extensive, demonstrable expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and/or Vendor Risk Management (TPRM).

  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementations, rather than solely support or enhancement activities.

  • Strong capability in facilitating requirements workshops and translating outcomes into robust technical design solutions.

  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

  • Experience leading, managing and mentoring development teams within a delivery-focused environment.

  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
