We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design develop and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing IT service management (ITSM) processes automating workflows and delivering scalable high-quality solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and customize applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform
Implement and configure ServiceNow workflows forms scripts and integrations
Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM ITOM HRSD or CSM modules
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues bugs and performance concerns
Participate in system upgrades patches and platform maintenance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and platform governance
Maintain technical documentation and development artifacts
Support testing deployment and post-implementation activities
Required Qualifications
Must be currently residing in the United States
Valid U.S. work authorization (citizen permanent resident or authorized work permit holder)
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting (JavaScript Glide)
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD or CSM
Familiarity with REST and SOAP integrations
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator Certified Application Developer)
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with cloud environments and DevOps practices
Familiarity with UI/UX customization within ServiceNow
Work Environment
Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options
Must be available to work within U.S. business hours
Occasional collaboration across time zones may be required
