We are a growing Pittsburgh-area locksmith company built from the ground up with a strong reputation for emergency locksmith services.
As we continue to grow, we're building a larger team and creating systems that allow our technicians to focus on what they do best while our office team handles customer communication, sales, dispatch, and operations. We are looking for a confident, articulate, and motivated Sales & Dispatch Specialist to join our growing locksmith team.
This is an in-office sales and operations role where you'll work directly with customers and technicians to help close service calls, coordinate jobs, handle pricing questions, and keep the operation moving.
Locksmith experience is NOT required. We will train the right person on the locksmith side of the business.
We're open to candidates at different stages of their careers. What matters most is your work ethic, communication skills, reliability, positive attitude, ability to solve problems, and willingness to learn. Locksmith experience is not required—we're willing to train the right person who has the right attitude and aptitude.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, dispatch, call centers, automotive, or home services is a plus, but it is not required.
