CentraCare is seeking an Evening Retail Nutritional Services Associate to join our Nutrition Services team. Think of this role as a blend of barista, cashier, food service professional, and customer experience ambassador . Every day, you'll help serve patients, families, visitors, and healthcare team members while delivering exceptional service during some of life's most important moments.

Whether you're preparing beverages, ringing up purchases, stocking items, or helping customers find exactly what they need, you'll be an important part of creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.

Schedule

Part-Time | 16 Hours Every Two Weeks | 8-Hour Shifts

• Various shifts between 5:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

  • Includes availability for both the 5:30 am to 2 pm and/or the 9 am to 5:30 pm shifts

• Every other weekend | Rotating holidays

Schedules are posted in advance so you can plan ahead.

Pay & Benefits

Competitive Starting Pay

• Starting at $17.35/hour , with increases based on experience
• Pay range: $15.12 - $23.13/hour
• Additional pay for weekends and holidays

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a friendly first impression
• Process purchases accurately using the cash register
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Keep retail areas clean, stocked, and inviting
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding dining experience
• Support Family-Centered Care principles in every interaction
• Help ensure patients, visitors, and staff receive excellent service every day

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Food service, hospitality, retail, catering, coffee shop, or healthcare experience
• Customer service experience

Skills for Success

• Positive attitude and strong people skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates
• Basic math skills
• Ability to learn and operate a cash register
• Dependable, team-oriented mindset
