ABOUT THE ROLE

VernCo Roofing is seeking a high-performing Project Manager to oversee residential roofing and exterior projects from initial inspection through to the final invoice. In this role, you will own a personal book of business and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, crews, and internal team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Client Management

• Build, cultivate, and manage your personal book of business.
• Conduct professional property inspections and attend insurance adjuster meetings.
• Sign customer contracts and communicate clear project timelines.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Oversight

• Utilize AccuLynx to build precise estimates.
• Manage roofing and exterior projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate specialized crews, material deliveries, and subcontractors.
• Conduct comprehensive final quality inspections in coordination with operations.

Estimating & Billing

• Review, create, and refine project estimates.
• Submit accurate invoices and actively follow up on collections.
• Maintain precise billing records and project documentation.
