We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Data Entry Representative to join our remote team.

This is an excellent entry-level work-from-home opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, working with computers, entering information accurately, and staying organized. No previous customer service or data entry experience is required. Training and support will be provided.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable learning new systems, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Requirements/Responsibilities

What You'll Do
Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone, email, chat, or other approved communication channels.
Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information.
Enter, update, and maintain customer and business information in company systems.
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Process routine data-entry, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
Assist customers with basic account, order, or service-related questions as assigned.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team member.
Protect confidential customer and company information.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and remote team members.
Complete assigned work accurately and within established deadlines.
Follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and security requirements.

Qualifications
No experience required — entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Ability to learn and navigate computer systems and software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and courteous customer-service approach.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Preferred Qualifications
The following are helpful but not required:
Previous customer service experience.
Previous data entry or administrative experience.
Experience with email, spreadsheets, databases, CRM systems, or online communication platforms.
Typing and keyboarding proficiency.
Experience working independently or in a remote environment.
