Operating across optimized regional lanes, this position is structured to keep your truck moving, maximize your weekly revenue, and provide the dispatch support necessary for long-term success on the road.

Financial Compensation & Incentives:

• Weekly Gross Earnings: Averaging $1,200 to $1,300 per week, ensuring long-term financial stability.
• Competitive Base Pay: Starting mileage rate is set at $0.51 CPM.
• Stop-Pay Incentive: Earn an additional $15.00 for every single intermediate stop made along your route.
• Performance Bonuses: Immediate access to our monthly Driver Performance Bonus program to increase your take-home pay.
• Freight Characteristics: 100% No-Touch Freight. This is a strictly refrigerated trailer (Reefer) operation with zero driver loading or unloading requirements.

Trainee Program Highlights (Entry-Level Applicants):

• No Experience Required: Open to recent commercial driving school graduates with a fresh CDL-A.
• Smooth Transition: Structured on-the-job guidance and direct safety mentorship.

Route Logistics & Schedule Dynamics:

• Consistent Volume: Keep your clock moving with reliable freight averaging between 1,900 and 2,100 miles every week.
• Predictable Home Time: Reliable and structured routing that guarantees you return home every two weeks (14 days out).
• Operating Territory: Safe, favorable, and highly efficient regional lanes.
• Shift Expectations: Continuous 24/7 network operations. Drivers must be available for alternating day and night driving shifts, as well as rotating weekend and holiday dispatches depending on customer freight demands.
• Driver Configuration: This account actively accepts both Solo operators and established Driving Teams.

Hiring Requirements:

• Licensing: A valid, active Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Endorsements: No specialized endorsements, tank, or hazmat certificates are required to get started.
• Experience: Open to entry-level Trainee graduates as well as seasoned, experienced First Seat operators.
