Job Description
We are currently hiring for Material Handlers to support manufacturing operations at our Central Islip, NY facility. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of materials throughout the production floor, enabling our manufacturing teams to operate efficiently and meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities
- Deliver raw materials and components to production lines according to manufacturing schedules
- Track and document material usage, batch numbers, and lot control for production accuracy
- Assist in staging and kitting materials for specific manufacturing jobs or work orders
- Handle specialty materials or chemical products in compliance with safety and handling procedures
- Support the movement of in-process materials between departments, such as mixing, blending, and packaging
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
