Job Description

Outcast is looking for a PR & Events Manager to lead culturally relevant talent moments, brand events, and experiential activations that keep us at the forefront of fashion, culture, and conversation.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes culture - with a strong network, a sharp eye for what’s next, and the ability to turn ideas into unforgettable moments. You’ll work closely with Social, Marketing, and Creative teams, manage PR agencies and event partners.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of brand events, activations, and campaign launches

  • Build and manage a strategic annual events calendar

  • Own relationships with PR agencies, event vendors, and production partners

  • Secure VIP talent placements, stylist relationships, and culturally relevant partnerships

  • Oversee talent dressing and celebrity engagement for red carpets, tours, campaigns, and events

  • Manage PR sampling, press materials, gifting, and reporting

  • Collaborate closely with Social, Marketing, Influencer, and Creative teams

  • Track PR performance, prepare recaps, and support crisis communications when required

  • Support and develop junior team members

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in PR, talent relations, events, or brand marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or culture-led brands

  • Strong experience with VIP placements, stylists, and talent management

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

  • Culturally fluent with a strong pulse on trends, tastemakers, and what’s next

  • Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
