• 55-Minute 1-on-1 Sessions : You will have dedicated, uninterrupted time to perform thorough manual therapy, build customized movement programs, and develop deep relationships with your patients.
• Streamlined & Efficient Documentation : We utilize streamlined EMR documentation templates and AI-supported charting tools designed to cut your charting time in half. Combined with dedicated front-desk and administrative support, your daily admin burden stays minimal.
• Structured Regenerative Tech Training : We don't just hand you a device and expect you to figure it out. We provide structured training and clinical guidelines to help you master cutting-edge regenerative therapies, including:
  • Shockwave Therapy (EPAT & ESWT)
  • EMTT (Electromagnetic Transduction Therapy)

About the Role & Career Growth

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat a primary caseload of outpatient orthopedics and sports recovery.

Our clinic also specializes in pelvic health, and clinicians with an interest or background in this area are a wonderful fit and something we'd especially love to see — but it is by no means required. We just as enthusiastically welcome dedicated orthopedic generalists and clinicians focused on sports and movement systems. However your clinical passions run, there's room for you here.

• Mentorship & Clinical Support: You'll work daily alongside clinicians experienced in orthopedics, pelvic health, sports recovery, and regenerative therapies — with collaborative case reviews, clinical co-treatments, and hands-on mentorship to help you expand your skill set at your own pace.
• Internship & Teaching Opportunities : For clinicians who love educating the next generation, we offer opportunities to mentor interns and lead internal clinical workshops.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional 1-on-1 patient care with a focus on outpatient orthopedics, whole-body wellness, and/or pelvic health (based on your clinical interest).
• Utilize pre-built documentation templates and AI tool s to complete interactive charting efficiently during or immediately after sessions.
• Implement advanced regenerative technologies (Shockwave, EMTT) using our structured clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists and movement specialists.
• Participate in regular team meetings, mentorship sessions, and ongoing clinical education .
• Optional: Mentor student interns if you have a passion for clinical teaching.

Who We're Looking For

• Physical Therapists with an active California PT license (or eligibility).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• A compassionate clinician who prioritizes patient connection and individualized care over volume.
• Strong background and passion for general outpatient orthopedics.
• Excited to learn Shockwave and EMTT through our structured training and guidelines.
• Especially valued (not required): Pelvic health experience or interest, Pilates rehab, manual therapy, Graston, or cupping experience.

• Schedule : We'd love a therapist who can hold availability until 5:30 PM on weekdays — that's the sweet spot for our patient scheduling and something that helps the whole team. Working until 7:00 PM and/or Saturday is a nice bonus if it works for you, but not expected. If your ideal schedule looks a little different, we're still glad to talk — flexibility goes both ways here.

Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits

We believe in rewarding clinicians fairly for exceptional patient outcomes and clinical excellence.

W-2 Compensation Structure

• Full-Time Equivalen t: $115,000 – $138,000+ per year (based on experience, schedule, and performance-based quality bonuses).
• Part-Time Equivalent : $45 – $68+ per hour (adjusted for caseload and schedule).
• Our model directly rewards therapists who create excellent patient experiences, strong clinical outcomes, and long-term client retention.
