Northshore Healthcare at Marshfield, Stevens Point Health Services and Wisconsin Rapids Health Services Join our experienced rehabilitation team providing high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a collaborative SNF setting. Work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to provide exceptional rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting. Treat primarily geriatric and post-acute patients while helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence. - Flexible PRN opportunities also available!
