Maintenance Technician:

What You'll Do

Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs across multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties.

Respond to tenant work orders with professionalism and urgency.

Handle a variety of tasks such as painting, light plumbing/electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep.

Inspect systems, equipment, and units to identify and solve issues.

Participate in a rotational on-call schedule (about once every 7 weeks).

What We're Looking For

Previous maintenance experience preferred-but we'll train the right person with a great attitude.

Comfortable using a smartphone for property management apps and time reporting.

Ability to follow instructions, solve problems, and communicate effectively with tenants and team members.

Professional and customer-service oriented-our residents welcome you into their homes.
