Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing distribution equipment such as transformers, motors, and breakers. You will locate areas of electrical trouble using proper test equipment, replace generators, motors, and controllers, and test, energize, and repair different types of circuits. You should be capable of testing, troubleshooting, changing, and programming PLCs or drives. Additionally, you will be tasked with repairing machinery as required and actively participating in maintenance activities.

Work Environment
The work environment may vary with areas that may or may not be air-conditioned or heated, and conditions may be humid, hot, or cold depending on the season. You may be required to work in tight spaces and at heights daily. There is possible exposure to noise levels over 90 decibels for extended periods at certain locations. The production floor may have moving machinery or objects, and floor surfaces can be slippery. You may also be exposed to chemicals that can cause eye or skin irritation, respiratory system irritation, and static electricity. Handling sharp implements and exposure to outside elements can occur occasionally.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $67000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
