LMS Administrator (Learning Management Systems)

This is a 12-18 month temporary role that offers you the opportunity to leverage your advanced technical expertise in a pioneering learning management system designed for global impact. **Key Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience with LMS administration or educational technology.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong understanding of platform workflows and system interactions.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong documentation and data validation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with system integrations, SCORM standards, and MARC records is an advantage.
- Experience with UAT script writing and execution is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage technical support escalations.
