Line Operator

West Chester, PA

Hourly Rate: $20.00-$25.00

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Safety, Quality, and Production within the spinning line
• Assembly, load, Pack, Startup/Shutdowns and Changeovers
• Responsible for following production schedules, replenishing material, eliminating losses, finding and fixing defects
• Calculate and record results in data entry systems
• Complete CIL tasks
• Drive own results and priorities through the 5 Rocks process
• Participate in planned stops, DDS (24 hour planning) and shift handovers
• Assist in onboarding new team members
• Maintain daily goals to ensure minimum loss of downtime on the machines
• Maintain a quality-focused culture in a manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience 
  
• Assembly line experience 
  
• Working experience of Loss Elimination Methodologies preferred
  
• Collaboration skills-Able to work in a global multi functional environment
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Must be able to go to Ireland for training
