HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE - PrepareU.S.federalstate and localincome tax returns, including the reporting of cross-bordertransactions
- Prepareextensions, estimates andrelatedpayments
- Prepareincome tax provision underUS GAAPand IFRS
- Perform andmaintaintax account reconciliations, roll-forwards, and supporting schedules
- Managetax authoritynotices
- Research U.S. income tax issues and document conclusions clearly and concisely
- Assistwithmaintainingtax documentation, compliancecalendarsand internal controls
- Provide Canadian tax return information to third party tax return preparer
WHO YOU ARE - 3+years of tax experience,public accounting and/or corporate/private industryexperience preferred
- Bachelor'sor Master'sdegree in accounting, or a tax concentrationwithin an accounting program
- Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft office and Excel, experience with tax systemOnesourcea plus.
- Experience infixed asset depreciation calculations preferred
- Experience in retail, consumer products, or luxury brands is a plus
- Excellentorganizational,project management,andanalyticalskillswith keen attention to detail
- Strongoral andwritten communicationskills

- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
