Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys talking with customers, overcoming objections, and turning qualified leads into scheduled appointments?

Bath Fitter is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll contact homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products through our marketing efforts. Your goal is to build rapport, qualify customer needs, and schedule appointments for our outside Sales Consultants.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with marketing-generated homeowner leads (no cold calling)
• Make outbound calls to qualify customer interest and schedule in-home sales appointments
• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer experience
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the appointment
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Consistently follow up leads to maximize appointment opportunities
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Work closely with the outside sales team to support company growth

• Coachable and eager to continue developing their sales skills

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, outbound sales, phone sales, or call center sales experience
• Proven success setting appointments or closing sales over the phone
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, CRM software, and basic computer applications
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule : Monday – Thursday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM & Friday: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM
