Your New Role

  • Lead HVAC service operations in Auburn, Washington

  • Train, coach, and mentor team leads, technicians, and apprentices

  • Drive key performance metrics including revenue, callback rates, and labor efficiency

  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, inspections, and service audits to ensure quality and consistency

  • Ensure all work meets HVAC codes, safety standards, and customer satisfaction expectations

  • Support technicians with diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting

  • Oversee inventory and ensure teams are properly equipped for service calls

  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet operational and customer goals

  • Lead hiring efforts, including interviewing and selecting qualified candidates

  • Address operational challenges, safety concerns, and equipment issues proactively

  • Promote service offerings and membership programs to customers

  • EPA certification required

  • 3+ years of HVAC service technician experience

  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience

  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience in HVAC or related field

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities

  • Proven ability to track and improve performance metrics

  • Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and GPS tools

  • Valid driver’s license
