Position Overview
We are seeking experienced CDL-A owner-operators who own and operate their own equipment and are looking to run consistent freight within a structured nationwide operation. This role is designed for independent drivers who want to maintain control of their business while aligning with an established logistics support structure focused on efficiency, communication, and reliability.
Operations are coordinated through a U.S.-based team headquartered in Oregon with over 30 years of combined experience in transportation and logistics. Drivers operate remotely while participating in nationwide freight movement across regional and over-the-road lanes.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport freight across assigned lanes in accordance with all applicable regulations
Maintain consistent communication regarding load status, delays, and availability
Manage pickup and delivery schedules with a high level of reliability and professionalism
Ensure all shipping documents, logs, and confirmations are accurate and submitted on time
Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and all federal and state transportation requirements
Represent professional standards in all interactions related to freight movement
Contractor Requirements
Valid CDL-A license in good standing
Ownership or lease control of a reliable tractor and necessary equipment
Active operating authority or ability to operate under authority
Current insurance, registration, and compliance documentation
Ability to manage routes, schedules, and operations independently
Strong communication and time management skills
Work Structure
This is a fully remote independent contractor role. Drivers maintain operational independence while working within a coordinated nationwide freight environment designed to support consistent load flow and operational stability.
