Job Opening: Gym Manager at Anytime Fitness Location: Janesville, WI Type: Full-Time Compensation: $20-22/hour, based on experience, with opportunity to add a monthly revenue sharing bonus once initial training is completed. • Build authentic relationships with members and staff
• Lead a high-performing team with empathy and energy
• Drive membership growth and hit sales KPIs through service—not sales pressure
• Keep the gym clean, safe, and welcoming
• Plan events and networking that bring the community together
• Manage budgets and operations with excellence
• Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example
