Qualifications: 2-5 years of professional digital graphic design experience within retail marketing, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or e-commerce environments. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), paired with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design capabilities. Proven track record of executing quick-turn email campaigns, web production, and digital ad creative under tight timelines. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience) with strong knowledge of responsive design principles, web standards, and UI/UX fundamentals.
