Job Posting: Experienced Bookkeeper. Payroll and Tax Preparation Knowledge A Plus

Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for accuracy? Do you have a proven track record in financial statement generation, and basic income tax preparation? If so, we're looking for you to join our team as an Experienced Bookkeeper!

Position: Experienced Bookkeeper
Location: Accudata Inc
Type: Full-time or Part-time

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping. Payroll preparation, financial statement generation, and basic income tax preparation experience a plus.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Drake Accounting, and EasyAcct by Intuit is preferred. Will teach strong candidates.
• Experience working with business startups and a deep understanding of their unique financial needs.
• Skills in Microsoft Suite and Google Workplace applications for seamless collaboration and data management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively.

Salary: DOE

Paid Time Off: 2 weeks per year
