Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary

The Executive Housekeeper leads the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, overseeing staffing, operations, and service standards to ensure Guest Rooms, Public Areas, and Heart-of-House spaces are consistently clean, sanitized, and impeccably presented. This is a #2 role within the department, equivalent to an Assistant Director, and a key driver of both the guest and colleague experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of housekeeping experience in an upscale hotel or resort
• Minimum 3 years in a management role
• 5-star luxury hotel or resort experience preferred
• Rooms Division exposure (e.g., Front Office) is a plus
• Working knowledge of Opera (PMS) or comparable hotel systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong administrative, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proven success leading, training, and motivating teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Composed under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
