Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communication, Localization, Linguistics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of UX writing or content design experience, ideally within e-commerce.
• Native Thai speaker with professional proficiency in English; ability to write with clarity, precision, and cultural relevance.
• Strong product thinking and a proven ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience using research and insights to guide content decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Craft clear, engaging UX content for a variety of product interfaces, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals.
• Maintain Thai UX writing guidelines to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and style across all content, in alignment with global brand standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, developers, and researchers to design seamless, user-focused experiences.
• Leverage data and insights to inform writing decisions, optimize content performance, and explore new content opportunities.
• Manage projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables within tight timelines.
