Job Title: Sr. Desktop Support Tech
Location: Richmond, VA (100% On-Site from Day One; parking not provided)
Duration: 11 Months
Interview Process:
Interviews will begin virtually, followed by a required in-person interview. Please note that no offer will be extended until the in-person interview is completed.
Required Skills & Experience (4+ Years):
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and BIOS.
- Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 11 or higher) and MS Office/M365.
- Knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, networks, and laptop refresh processes.
- Ability to use software tools (SCCM, Remote Desktop, Dameware, etc.) to remotely connect to workstations.
- Strong software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems.
- Demonstrated ability to obtain customer feedback to improve training methods.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
