Corporate Transactional Attorney

Established law firm is seeking a Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney to add to their growing team! Ideal candidate will be motivated, professional, analytical and have relevant experience in transactional law.

Transactional Associate Attorney Requirements:

3 years of relevant experience
Experience in business and real estate transactions, corporate, tax planning, trust and estates
Excellent communication in writing, speaking, research and negotiations.
Strong academic background preferred from ABA approved law school
Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
Licensed in Wisconsin in good standing
