Construction Final Clean Technician

Elwood Skill Staff is hiring Construction Final Clean Technicians to support commercial construction projects. This position is responsible for preparing completed areas for final walkthroughs by removing construction dust, debris, and materials while ensuring a clean, professional finish.

Construction Final Clean Technician Details:

Temporary position
$20.00 / hour
Part Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 02:30pm )

Clean and detail newly constructed areas before project completion.
Remove dust, debris, and leftover construction materials.
Use vacuums and cleaning tools.
Wipe down surfaces, floors, fixtures, and finished areas.
Assist with punch list cleaning and turnover preparation.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Follow all job site safety requirements.

Construction Final Clean Technician Qualifications:

Construction, cleanup, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and dependable.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and working in an active construction environment.

Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
