What You'll Do

As an Attendant, you'll help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents by:

• Assisting residents with daily routines and reminders
• Responding to resident call systems and providing support
• Helping with meal service and dining assistance
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Making beds and helping maintain resident living spaces
• Documenting resident care and observations
• Providing friendly customer service to residents, families, and visitors
• Supporting a positive, home-like atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A caring, compassionate attitude and positive outlook
• Dependability and willingness to help when coverage is needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with older adults is preferred
• Personal or professional experience supporting individuals with dementia is a plus
