We believe production ministry is a vital part of that mission. Every weekend, production teams help create environments where people can engage in worship, hear the Gospel clearly, and take their next step with Christ.

We are seeking a Full-Time Campus Production Lead to oversee and strengthen production ministry at our Gilmer and Kilgore campuses. This role is responsible for building healthy volunteer teams, developing leaders, maintaining production systems, and creating excellent, distraction-free worship environments that support ministry and help people connect with Jesus.

What You’ll Do

• Lead production ministry at the Gilmer and Kilgore campuses
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop production volunteers
• Oversee audio, video, lighting, ProPresenter, and service support teams
• Ensure services are prepared, excellent, and distraction-free
• Maintain organized, dependable, service-ready production systems
• Support church-wide events, special services, and ministry initiatives
• Help strengthen video teams and production consistency across campuses
• Raise up volunteer leaders and create pathways for long-term team growth

• A leader who enjoys developing people and building healthy teams
• A servant-hearted, team-first individual who takes ownership and follows through
• A strong communicator who leads with humility, excellence, and consistency
• Someone who is organized, dependable, teachable, and solution-oriented
• Experience in church production, live events, or technical ministry is preferred
