LaSalle Network is hiring for a Remote Enrollment Operations Coordinator with a leading organization in the healthcare and insurance services industry. This is a fully remote contract opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working behind the scenes to support business operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities:Support day-to-day operational and administrative processes
Review, update, and maintain records across internal systems
Handle workload requests while ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Monitor information for completeness and identify discrepancies
Assist with documentation, reporting, and record management activities
Follow established workflows and departmental procedures
Research issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
Prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment
Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Previous administrative, data entry, operations, or office support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic Microsoft Excel skills required
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning new technologies and business processes
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable and professional work ethic

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
