Job Description
We are interviewing for a focused and experienced contract Bookkeeper to manage our clients’ daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a QuickBooks power-user who can navigate complex spreadsheets and maintain the financial health of our San Antonio operations with minimal supervision. salary: $27 - $31 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Manage all daily accounting entries and ledger maintenance within QuickBooks.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts, credit cards, and lines of credit.
- Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets using formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs to track KPIs.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance with Texas state tax filings.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
- High-level mastery of QuickBooks (Online or Desktop versions).
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
