What We’re Looking For:
-2+ years of experience in banking, finance, or financial services
-Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to analyze financial information and support customer needs with confidence

Preferred Backgrounds:
-Teller or personal banker experience
-Commercial or mortgage loan processing
-Risk management or compliance
-Branch operations or client onboarding
