Assembly & Fabrication Line Supervisor — Albion, IN (2nd Shift: 1:30 PM–9:30 PM)

Role focus

• Plan and allocate work across assembly and fabrication areas to meet the production schedule.
• Set clear expectations; monitor output; provide timely coaching and corrective action when needed.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members; create development opportunities to grow capability.
• Maintain a safe, orderly workplace; enforce procedures and lead plant safety, health, and environmental programs, including the STOP initiative.
• Drive quality discipline to achieve 100% on‑time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Resolve production problems, re-sequence priorities, and ensure accurate shift reporting.
• Execute full supervisory duties: performance reviews, rewards and recognition, and issue resolution.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a manufacturing leadership capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent education/experience combinations considered.
