Assembler / Inspector - 4/10 Schedule

Job Description

Join a leader in the manufacturing of electrical feedthroughs and opto-electronic windows as a Precision Assembler. You will be working in a semi-clean room environment, assembling small, precision metallic and ceramic components for use in medical, defense, and industrial applications. This role follows a 1st Shift 4/10 schedule from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with overtime opportunities. Pay will be based on experience but typically $19-$23 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to work instructions and process procedures.
• Carry out daily and weekly tasks efficiently.
• Assist in troubleshooting and consult with experts when necessary.
• Ensure high levels of on-time delivery and first-time quality.
• Maintain a safe and clean working area.
• Participate in required company training programs.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of production experience in small part assembly.
• Experience using a microscope, especially in aerospace, electronic, or medical device contexts.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, blueprints, and instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with medical device assembly and cleanroom procedures.
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly, wiring, and schematics.
• Comfortable working with niche products and processes that require time to master.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Santa Ana,CA.
