Job Description

Entry-Level Mechanical Assembler (Contract-to-Hire)

We’re hiring entry-level assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical assembly within a clean, modern production environment.

Shifts & Pay:

  • 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $19–$20/hr (DOE)
  • 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM | $20.63–$22/hr (DOE)

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble and test small parts, subassemblies, and complete units
  • Use hand and power tools to align, fit, and adjust components
  • Follow work instructions and quality requirements
  • Clean parts and maintain tools and equipment
  • Work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Mechanical or electrical assembly experience (preffered)
  • Mechanically Inclined individuals that used hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Manual dexterity; blueprint reading is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
